Resources Global Professionals the worldwide consultancy and interim management firm welcomes Mark Bienstman as Principal Consultant Financial Services at its Belgian headquarters.

Mark Bienstman joins the team and assumes responsibility for business development and handling projects in the financial sector. His experience in optimizing and increasing the efficiency of back-office activities and his quality and customer-minded approach combined with the strategic development of commercial organizations are particularly important to the solutions that Resources Global Professionals offers its customers.

Mark Bienstman was active as a board member of various financial organizations such as the ASLK Bank, Paribas Bank, the Bank of New York – Brussels Branch and the Landbouwkrediet. He also has international experience as a member of the European Council for Payment Systems, Eurocheque International and the World Savings Banks Institute.

Mark holds a Doctors degree in Economics (University of Gent) and he was also Cabinet chief for former Vice President and Minister of Finance Willy de Clerq. His background is an academic and political one combined with a broad knowledge of finance.
