About the Secretariat

AmCham Belgium’s Secretariat is charged with implementing the strategy and policy as defined by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors, along with playing a key role in organizing the many business events and activities hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium.

The AmCham Belgium Secretariat coordinates all the logistics for the organization’s Business Events, business meetings and opportunities for Business Networking in Belgium. Further, the Secretariat takes an active role in promoting Knowledge Sharing – via Publications, conferences, press events and electronic media – with the purpose of facilitating business in Belgium.

The Secretariat is assisted by a staff of seven permanent employees and three interns who provide support while gaining the unique hands-on educational experience of learning about doing business in Belgium and, specifically, what AmCham does for US businesses in Belgium. To learn more about our Intern Program, or to find out how the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium can help you do business in Belgium, Contact the Office of the Secretariat.
